The charitable arm of the Special Reconnaissance Regimental Association (SRRA) has been closely associated to the Worshipful Company of Plaisterers’ for several years. In 2022, The Plaisterers’ Platinum Jubilee Fund (established in 2022 in honour of our late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee) committed a set sum of money to our Association in recognition of this affiliation, and so the Plaisterers’ Education Fund (PEF) was formed.
The PEF is a restricted fund within the charity for the sole use of supporting the educational needs of children (aged 18 and below) of former and serving members of the Association.
The use of this fund includes, but is not restricted to, expenses associated with school field trips, overseas educational trips related to core subject matter, adventure/leadership training/events either home or abroad, as well as to support developmental expeditions to all parts of the globe.

We are grateful to the Worshipful Company of Plaisterers’ for their continued support. To date, the PEF has assisted the children of both former and serving Operators on life-changing educational trips to various countries, including South Korea, Spain, South Africa, Iceland, Costa Rica and Uganda.
